Bob Kaplan is a professional published author and professional
actor from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
As of now, he goes to school at Temple University with
a double major in Film and English. He has published several poems in Scifaikuest Magazine. Bob focuses on writing literature,
but he prefers to be a factotum. He worked as a music journalist for MusicUnderFire, at that time he also worked as a publicist
and manager for many underground rock bands. He has published many articles and short stories on Helium.com, and he also wrote
several guides for Guidespot.com. In the past, he was a frequent contributor for the Delaware County newspaper: The Communitarian.
He was even on the jury for the literary magazine: Pegasus.
Bob was interviewed on Whohub for being a professional
in the entertainment field.
Bob is responsible for many independent films as a screenwriter
and producer. Occasionally, he has even taken over the role of director, actor, cameraman, editor, and more. His main passion
next to writing, is acting. He has starred in several independent films, and played a small part in the Jennifer Aniston film:
The Bounty.
Bob also performs stand-up comedy, did film reviews on the
television show: 3 Guys Don't Lie, DJ'd and hosted several talk shows on WDCR (Delaware County Radio), he trains
as a boxer, and he is also the lead singer for a rock band.
He also writes music, theatre, comedy bits, and is the
head writer of the television show: Showcase Underground. Bob is currently working on a novella which will hopefully
be published by next year.
